The room experience was undermined by various small issues, like dust around the bottom of the mirror, crumbs near the curtains, and damaged towels. Having booked a double bed suite, I was disappointed to find only two singles available upon arrival. Coffee facilities were sorely lacking. needing to get dressed and leave the hotel just to grab a cup in the morning felt more like a hassle than a pleasant start to the day.

Our room was spacious and equipped with a large comfortable bed and that lovely aroma that fills the hotel.
